Halloween (October 31st)

Halloween is a very famous holiday when we celebrate by dressing up in costumes and eating sweet candies. Halloween is every October 31st. On Halloween, we wear costumes or cosplay of someone or something, and knock on doors for treats. We usually say “Trick or treat” for a joke. Then, adults or kids give the children many candies, and sweets. There are many Halloween events, too.

On Halloween, there are many events that we can do. The most common events are going Trick or Treating with family or friends, carving pumpkins into scary Jack-o’-Lanterns, and visiting terrifying Haunted Houses. There are also events called ‘Cosplay Party’, and ‘Apple Bobbing’. For ‘Apple Bobbing’, people need to retrieve the apples from the water using only their mouths. No hands allowed! If we get an apple out without using our hands, we keep the apple!

Halloween is an exciting event on October 31 every year. So, get your costumes and the candy ready because the spooky holiday is coming soon!
