On the morning of January 3, 2026, air raid sirens sounded across Venezuela. The USA attacked Venezuela. And arrest Nicolas Maduro. What happened there? To understand what's going on, you need to know about Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro. We have to go to the past.

Nicolas Maduro, he is the president of Venezuela. He was elected 3 times with election fraud.During his time in power, he engaged in drug trafficking and narcoterrorism. He united with drug cartels and attempted to smuggle some drugs like cocaine to the USA. He also illegally sold the weapons. For this reason,  Nicolas Maduro was arrested and moved to the USA. But did his crime really lead to the attacks in Venezuela? Many international critics have different opinions. Someone says it's not simply a result of his crimes, it's a limiting influence on countries like Russia and China. What did he say? To understand this sentence we have to know Maduro's policy. Maduro pursued expanding economic and military cooperation with countries like Russia and China. The arrest is also seen as an attempt by the USA to reduce Chinese and Russian influence in South America. Venezuela is also the world's largest oil producer, so some believe this arrest is an attempt to secure access to oil and energy resources.
