Teacher Spotlight

Today I will interview Ms. Karah. She is the Chinese teacher for all of middle high school students. She also can speak Korean very well. She is very kind and helpful; now let me interview her!

Moxuan: When did you come to ASP?

Ms. Karah: I have been here for almost one year.

Moxuan: How long have you lived in Korea?

Ms. Karah: I have lived in Korea for 17 years.

Moxuan: Why did you want to be a teacher?

Ms. Karah: It has been my dream since I was 9 years old.

Moxuan: How long have you been teaching?

Ms. Karah: I have been teaching for 22 years.

Moxuan: How old are you?

Ms. Karah: I am 45 years old

Moxuan: Why did you choose Karah to be your English name?

Ms. Karah: It's a good question, because my professor chose this English name for me. She wants me to be happy everyday.

Moxuan: What is your favorite hobby ?

Ms. Karah: My favorite hobby is studying.Because I want to taught the thing that I have learn to my students.

Moxuan: What is your favorite movie?

Ms. Karah: My favorite movie is Aladdin and the Magic Lamp.

Moxuan: What’s a small thing that makes you happy?

Ms. Karah: I like looking at animals.

Moxuan: Do you read novels?

Ms. Karah: I like to read fiction books.

Moxuan: When is your birthday?

Ms. Karah: My birthday is May 15th.
